Emanuel School is a hub for progressive learning that shapes students into responsible, ethical global citizens. Our environment promotes healthy, wise choices and nurtures growth within a community dedicated to excellence.

Andrew Watt - Principal

Our motto, "Mind, Spirit, Being," is at the core of our teaching, fostering a culture where students develop an open mind, an awakened spirit, and holistic engagement. We aim to transcend traditional learning, encouraging students to apply knowledge in real-world contexts and innovate within their passions.

As a pluralistic school that honours diverse Jewish expressions, we encourage our students to engage fully with the Jewish community and foster meaningful connections with Judaism and Israel. We affirm that there is more than one authentic way to be Jewish, and embed this in all that we do. Our students are encouraged to embrace the whole Jewish community, regardless of affiliation or practice, and we seek to engage in authentic and positive encounters with Judaism, the Jewish people and Israel.

Our roadmap into 2025 and beyond supports our unwavering commitment to our core values of community, learning, inclusion, and innovation.

This includes the continued development of:

•future-focused learning
•wellbeing culture
•learning beyond the curriculum
•sustainable practices, and
•inspired Jewish living and learning

Our focus is for Emanuel graduates to emerge as energetic, empathetic, upstanding and proactive young adults ready to move into the rapidly changing world with energy, empathy and enthusiasm. we hope they will show commitment to Tikkun Olam (repairing the world) and contribute to the Jewish, Australian and global communities.

It is our privilege to guide Emanuel students on their educational journey.
