Emanuel School is a thriving place of learning. Students from Pre-school to Year 12 learn, play and flourish on the same campus. We aim to open the mind, awaken the spirit and engage the whole being within a culture of excellence, respect and the desire to strive for one’s best.
Our staff are passionate about what they do. Our culture of innovation extends beyond the classroom and teachers are given freedom to try new things and be creative in their practice.
There is a commitment to the safety and wellbeing of all children and young people. This is the primary focus of our care and decision-making. There is zero tolerance for child abuse and our culture is built around an environment that enables children to thrive.

The students and teachers here are passionate about teaching and learning. It is inspiring to work with students and teachers who love discussing literature, politics and ideas.
There is an obvious passion and enthusiasm from the teachers and students to constantly improve and progress as a school.
I enjoy teaching at a school that shares the same values I do, particularly religious pluralism, acceptance of diversity and egalitarianism. Having gone to Emanuel School myself, I really feel that the Emanuel ethos is lived on in its students long after they graduate.
Emanuel School is a great place to work. It is a wonderfully welcoming community that cares for each and every person. It has a great balance of passion, commitment, professionalism and wellbeing.
Working in administration is a deeply fulfilling experience - it feels like I have come full circle as I graduated from here. I value the opportunity to contribute to the same close-knit community that shaped me. The small school atmosphere allows me to build meaningful relationships and my personal connection to the school adds a special dimension to my work. It is incredibly rewarding to see the direct results of our efforts in the success and happiness of our School community.
I love the staff, students and community at Emanuel. The core values of the School are clearly reflected in every facet of Emanuel life.
